What is AI-G?
AI-G is Neptune Ops' adaptive message generation layer. It supports drafting and refining material around the context of an assignment, alongside the research and operating support available through Neptune.
AI-I focuses on people and relationships. AI-G focuses on generating and shaping output. The two address different parts of the team's workflow.
Start with a clear brief
Useful inputs include an objective, source material, approved facts, tone requirements, and the format the team needs. Make the reviewer and approval criteria explicit before drafting begins.
Review the work, not just the wording
Treat generated material as a draft. Check facts against original sources, remove unsupported statements, and have the responsible person approve the final version.
- What information was available to the model?
- Which statements need citations or confirmation?
- Does the draft match the approved brief?
- What review and revision steps will your engagement include?
Confirm the scope with Neptune
Data handling, available outputs, integration requirements, and service scope should be discussed using your actual workflow. A demo is an opportunity to evaluate those requirements before committing to an implementation.
