Bryan Miller, Neptune's Founder and CEO, is widely recognized as one of the nation's leading digital advocacy experts. He has served two U.S. Presidents and brings more than 30 years of experience in public affairs.
He started in politics as a fundraiser and grassroots organizer for Clinton-Gore '96, where he was the campaign's youngest employee. He later served in the Obama Administration as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Energy, where he helped implement a $90 billion clean technology package.
Bryan previously served on the executive team of a publicly traded solar company and led the industry's trade association. Under his leadership, the sector posted record growth, powered by dozens of regulatory and legislative wins across the federal government and 47 states. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Sustainable Energy Policy for a Fortune 200 company.
Miller was the principal political strategist behind Proposition 36, the historic California ballot measure that passed with nearly 70% of the vote and is reshaping the state's response to homelessness.
He holds a B.A. in political science and a J.D., both from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
